Are you a caregiver providing care for a sick or aging parent, relative, spouse, or loved one?
Your role as a caregiver may have started as the result of a diagnosis or disorder, a deteriorating health condition, an addiction, or sudden accident.
Whether this is a new role or an already existing one, personal coaching may be the right solution to these challenging issues if you find yourself struggling with:
2. Emotional Overwhelm;
3. Feelings of Guilt, Resentment, Anxiety, Fear or Sadness;
4. Increasing Difficulties Juggling Different Areas of Your Life; or
5. Deterioration of Your Own Health and Wellbeing.
According to the National Center for Creative Aging, roughly 30% of caregivers do not outlive the people they care for. Caregivers often suffer from stress, depression, and other immune related diseases. Caregivers often put their own needs "aside" while caring for someone else, failing to make time for their own doctor's appointments or self-care. These statistics show the importance of care for caregivers, and we're here to help.
Through one-on-one coaching, we will help you create a plan for self-care. We will also help you manage difficult decisions and navigate an ever-changing stream of emotions. We can also help you define your role as a caregiver (as well as many other roles you may be assuming) and provide you with the tools necessary to express your own needs so that you can balance self-care, while providing compassionate support for your loved one.
The Caregiver Coaching Package consists of four 50-minute coaching sessions and unlimited email assistance for the duration of your coaching sessions for important issues that arise. If you require additional support outside of the four sessions, we can customize the perfect plan to meet your every need.
