My name is Kathy Dale and I am a Vibrational Sound Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Professional Life Coach specializing in helping people ease physical and emotional pain, release stress, anxiety and fear, and to navigate through difficult life transitions using a combination of mindset and energy techniques.
Our bodies, like musical instruments, become out of tune over time due to stress, trauma, and a variety of other factors. Physical trauma, emotional trauma and stress can become frozen in our energy field, creating physical and emotional imbalances that can lead to discomfort or physical illness.
The destiny of an emotion is to be expressed, no matter how uncomfortable or how painful it may make us feel in the moment. Emotions are neither positive or negative - they are simply energy in motion. Like a wave, an emotion rises, crests, then falls again - usually within the span of approximately 90 seconds. Every emotion serves an important purpose, but we are not always able to express these emotions in the moment for a variety of reasons. Unexpressed emotions often manifest as physical pain or illness (e.g. frozen shoulder, digestive disorders, chronic migraines, insomnia, etc.). I invite you to look at how chronic or recurrent pain may be showing up in your own body. It’s usually a sign that there is an underlying emotion or past trauma that needs to be released.
I use tuning forks in my practice to help release these trapped emotions. Tuning forks are precisely calibrated metal instruments that help to gently restore energetic balance to your body, mind and emotions through the process of resonance and entrainment. Due to the nature of vibrational sound therapy, I am able to conduct both in-person and remote sessions using a hologram of the client.
In 2013, I was feeling stuck in my own life. I had spent nearly three decades in the legal field working long and stressful hours. I was healing from a traumatic divorce that left me emotionally and financially bankrupt. I suffered from severe social anxiety and depression. I was tired of feeling empty and broken inside. I began my pursuit of personal development and energy work as a way to help in my own healing. I knew deep down that I wasn't living the life I was meant to live.
I never imagined that my journey into self-healing would change the course of my life, but it has. As I started to heal and resolve the issues that had been holding me back, I wanted nothing more than to share what I had learned to help others. I began my healing and coaching practice in 2016, focusing on helping other divorcees like myself. My practice has now expanded to helping clients from all walks of life in various stages of transition in their personal and professional lives.
